Check-in starts on Wednesday the 26st of June at 18:00. From that point onwards, the front desk is opened 24 hours a day, until Monday the 1st of July at 12:00.

However, please keep it down between 23:00 and 07:00. Some people actually like sleeping.

We kindly ask each artist for a €50 deposit for damages and losses. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 5 weeks after the event.

Please make sure all your garbage is in the garbage bag and is placed next to your outside door. Please take the sheets off of your bed. Please make sure all the dishes are done and that you empty the dishwasher.

Please report to the front desk. They will help you get in.

We will let you in on a little secret. This webpage is actually a online shop. Which means that when you sign up for an experience, you are actually 'purchasing' a free experience. By default, this platform therefore asks for a billing address. You can fill out any made up address you want, we do not do anything with this data.

However, we do ask that you fill out your real name or artist namen, so we know who to expect where and at what time.

The Artist Dinner starts at 19:00 on Wednesday.

The wellness is opened every day from 10:00 to 15:00.

The artist gym is opened every day from 09:00 to 19:00.

The studio is free to use for everyone from Saturday 13:00 till Sunday 21:30.

The masseuses will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 09:00 and 14:00. At the check-in all artists have received a voucher to get a massage. Make sure to bring your voucher to the massage.

All artists get one massage.

Did you manage to convince one of your follow artists to give you their massage voucher? Nicely done! Feel free to book another slot.

The barber will be at the Artist Village on Thursday between 09:00 and 15:00 and on Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. Book a 30-minute treatment, bring your voucher and enjoy!

The cottages come with made beds and stocked fridges. The fridges will contain all basic breakfast products and a drink package. Feel free to bring your own stuff.
